What Data We Process

Your name, phone number and message when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail; information you share during appointments and treatments; and usage data collected through cookies when you visit our website, such as device, browser, pages visited and approximate location.

Purposes

To answer your appointment and information requests, provide our services, improve our website by analysing its use, and measure the performance of our ads.

Legal Grounds

Performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, and your explicit consent for analytics and advertising cookies (KVKK Art. 5).

Data Transfers

We use Google LLC services (Google Analytics, Google Ads) for analytics and ad measurement. Cookie data may be transferred to servers abroad; this only happens with your consent given in the cookie notice (KVKK Art. 9). We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law.

Retention

Personal data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and as required by law, then deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for up to 14 months.

Cookies

Essential: a small record in your browser remembers your cookie choice. Analytics (Google Analytics): statistics such as number of visits and pages viewed. Advertising (Google Ads): measures calls, WhatsApp messages and direction requests coming from our ads. Analytics and advertising cookies are only enabled if you choose "Accept". You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link at the bottom of the page.

Your Rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, learn to whom it was transferred, object, and claim compensation. Send your requests to [email protected]; we reply within 30 days.
